ABSOUTELY DEPLORABLE CONDITION!!! ABSOUTELY DEPLORABLE, DIRTY and OLD The 3-Bedroom unit located on the 6th Fl of the Netherlands was by far the worst place I've ever stayed in all the years I've vacationed. The concierge Adriana was MIA during our entire 4-day stay. She gave us at my request a 2-min walk through. when told the unit was dirty, she stated she would send someone up to clean (that never happended). I send her several text msgs during the stay, she did not respondd to any of them. The place was so dirty, you could feel the dirty on the floor when you walked and dirt around the baseboard. There was a crack over the element on the cooktop, light out in the kitchen, tv in upstairs bedroom broken cable connector, unusable, toliets and bath tub dirty, mold around air conditioner vents, crack in window allowing rain to come through onto the floor. We stayed there in September 2016, after reading more of these reviews dated back in 2015, much of the same complaints were made. This is evidence that they don't care about return customers, they are just trying to make whatever money they can make off of unsuspecting renters. To say the least, this property is old and in dire need of renovation as well as some good housekeeping. They should really be ashamed of themselves for continuing to rent and not repair the numerous problems, not address the problem of the person who is the dedicated contact person for their guest.yet act as if there they did not receive a text and I even left a message at the 800# that was provided with my check in information. Not one of these individuals returned a call or text. I am totally appaulled at the amount of money they charge for this old, dirty unkept place. I will do my best to warn anyone who would ever think about staying there to do so at your own risk, Oh, there was no wifi service, Adriana, left her hotspot for us to use. Luckily, I asked about wifi password before she could bolt. Totally unprofessional, they insist that you not contact the front desk during your stay. I found out when I returned the key to the front desk, I could have come down as they have a number to reach them. I wasn't sure what to do with the key or the hot spot since Adriana did not say anything, she just BOLTED, funny how they didn't want us to know that. Totally unacceptable to have someone visiting Miami and leave them out there searching on their own. Really left us with a bad impression of this place.

None there are no kind words of the pure deception we encountered when we entered this germ infesteted cave.

Dirty, many broken items in need or repairs, Adriana the concierge (if you want to call her that) should look for a job that doesn't require her to be responsbile. The place was so dirty and old, mold setting up from the condensation of the air conditioning. They should be ashamed of themselves for continuting to rent the 3-bedroom apartment without making repairs, cleaning throughly and some renovation of the kitchen, and bathrooms.
